US-20/26 I-84 to Middleton

This project kicked off for Peak Concrete in April of 2023 with an anticipated finish date in 2024. We will be pouring over 9,500 cubic yards of grey concrete and approximately 4,000 cubic yards of colored concrete with Idaho Materials, pouring curb & gutter, sidewalk, extruded curb, and stamped colored concrete in the islands. We look forward to working with ITD, and IMC on this project and helping provide better traffic flow.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month

For the month of October company wide we wore pink on Mondays in honor of breast cancer awareness. This gave Peak employees four times though out the month to show our support in the Treasure Valley. Pink is worn in honor of survivors, remember those lost to the disease, and to support the progress that is being made to defeat breast cancer. The color pink was chosen to represent breast cancer because its the symbol of hope. Making a difference one pink shirt at at time.

Paint the Town

Paint the Town

Paint the Town was Peaks first company wide volunteer event. Paint the town is one of the longest running volunteer events in Idaho. We were able to help a lady in Meridian get a makeover on her house that she has been wanting. We added a fresh coat of pain to her house, shed and even made the stairs leading into her home safer by adding new turf. Knowing how hard our employees work during the week and to have them volunteer their time on a Saturday is absolutely amazing.

Kuna Parks and Rec Parking Lot

This project was to rehab an existing parking lot in front of the parks and rec department in downtown Kuna alongside the Kuna Canal. Peak Excavation performed the mass excavation, aggregate import, pavement and concrete prep while Peak Concrete poured the trash enclosure, curb & gutter, and sidewalk. Working with JUB and the City of Kuna went great, as well as Power Plus, and Hazel Asphalt.

10 Mile and Victory Roundabout

Peak Concrete was able to work alongside Central Paving for ACHD, bringing a new roundabout to the intersection of Ten Mile Rd and Victory in Meridian, ID. For Peak this project included curb & gutter, sidewalk, and colored & stamped concrete. We were able to complete this project on time and on budget for our customer and for the public.
