This project was a joint effort. We started this project with clearing and grubbing, followed by underground utility work and structural base import. Then we were able to begin with footing construction followed by slab. Site work was able to commence while other trades worked on the inside of the building due to proper site management and collaboration. This site has an opening date in late summer of 2023.
