From our management team to our field personnel, the four pillars are the foundation upon which we built our company. By following the four pillars we are able to deliver successful projects to our clients and our community.
Mark Ciavarella
President
Mark graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Construction Management, a minor in Business Administration and has a Masters of Engineering Degree from the University of Alabama Birmingham.
Mark has over 30 years’ experience in all phases of project development and management as a General Contractor, Sub Contractor, and Owner’s Representative. In addition to owning his own company, and providing all project management services, he served as the leader for business development, assessing market conditions, identifying key opportunities, and positioning his company for future growth.
Marks experience includes a variety of heavy highway, structural concrete (both vertical and horizontal), curb, gutter, commercial, and residential concrete construction. His success is rooted in his work ethic, providing excellent customer service, while ensuring projects are completed on-time and within budget.
Crystal Ciavarella
Director of Human Resources
Crystal Ciavarella graduated from Boise State University and has over 25 years of teaching experience. She has come to know the local communities well and has established connections throughout the Treasure Valley. Through these connections and invaluable experiences as a teacher she is uniquely equipped to lead the HR department at Peak.
As the leader of human resources, Crystal manages all human resources programs such as corporate culture initiatives and employee relations programs. She also ensures that Peak maintains a positive relationship with the local communities in which we work by creating volunteering opportunities and other community outreach programs.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family up in the mountains and playing with her grandkids. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, and riding ATV’s. If she is not in the mountains, you can find her cheering on her favorite college football teams on Saturdays.
Morgan Ciavarella
Controller
Morgan graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in both Accounting and Finance. He went on to earn his Master of Science in Strategic Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Idaho. He has over 6 years of experience in both corporate accounting and corporate finance. He has experience in account reconciliations, cash management, budgeting activities and has a passion for driving process improvement initiatives. In his free time, Morgan enjoys working out, being outdoors and playing video games with friends.

Kevin is an Idaho native, born and raised in Notus, Idaho. Kevin’s work ethic started at a very young age working on the family farm alongside his father. Out of high school, Kevin joined the military and spent 11 years serving his country. Kevin has over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of excavation, pipe work and concrete construction. He also holds his CDL and has extensive experience on heavy equipment. He takes pride in his work, strives to provide excellent customer service, while being mindful of completing projects on-time and within budget.
