This project from the City of Caldwell, was to take a 1.28-acre site that was an old, abandoned gas station and turn it into extra downtown parking with bus stops. Peak Concrete Construction, LLC was the general contractor on this project and provided services including concrete, excavation, electrical, striping, erosion control, aggregate import, and material export. 

Concrete on this project required over 2,500 LF of Curb & Gutter, 550 SY of sidewalk, and 240 LF of 3’ wide valley gutter. We were able to adjust on the fly to changes that the City of Caldwell wanted to make, or some minor design changes that came up. 

For the excavation on this project, we were able to provide on time and productive scheduling. Part of their scope included removal of existing asphalt and concrete, excavation, haul off, aggregate import, concrete prep, and asphalt prep. Peak also completed a small irrigation line across Kimball Avenue to ensure that the site had access to the pressurized irrigation systems.

Overall Peak Concrete Construction, LLC was able to provide a great product that the City of Caldwell will be happy with for years to come. Our subcontractors did a fantastic job with communication and working on location.
