Working for JP2 Construction in Meridian, Idaho. Peak was tasked with a full site development for KB Welding and Fabrication’s new shop and yard. Peak was able to in and do all the clearing and grubbing, mass excavation, storm system, sewer hook, fire hydrant water line and connections into the building/shop. This lot was 2.3 acres and had approximately a 1.25’ cut. Working with the owner and engineer, Peak was able to provide design changes along the way to help increase water shedding for the yard and overall use of the space. The yard was capped with 4” of recycled asphalt and the main parking was paved. Concrete was able to provide footings, slab on grade and all the site concrete including curb, gutter, and sidewalk. Peak managed all subcontractors.

This was our first project in full site development. We are pleased to complete this project for JP2 Construction, and hope that KB Welding and Fabrication will enjoy their new location for many years to come.
